Little London Village

This project began by transforming a spacious double garage and boiler room into a versatile new living and entertaining space. To keep the existing hot water and heating systems operational throughout the works, a new boiler room was constructed at the rear of the garage, allowing the systems to be relocated without disruption.

The existing solar panels were carefully removed before the front section of the building and roof were dismantled. Once the structural work was complete, the interior was transformed with new flooring and partition walls, creating a vibrant games room, kitchen and shower room, providing an ideal space for entertaining guests.

A convenient hatch was also installed with access to the basement, creating dedicated wine storage. Looking ahead, the space has the flexibility to be divided further into a self-contained annex with its own kitchen, shower room and bedroom, making this a versatile and future-proof addition to the property.
